Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your curve-hugging fashion to you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes that Basic Top might not fit just right or the color isn’t what you envisioned. No worries – our return policy is as flexible as our stretchy fabrics!

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (we recommend trackable services like DHL/FedEx)

Refund Process
Once we receive your return (with the same care we apply to our limited-edition Blazers):
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Process
Want to swap your Basic Dresses for a different color? Just indicate “exchange” in your email and specify your preferred item. We’ll ship your new piece as soon as we process your return (subject to availability).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Bras & Bralettes (including our $10.50 corset bralettes)
- BTS TinyTan Mask (once opened)
- Beauty products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Bodycon dress arrived flawed or you received the wrong Basic Top, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement faster than our standard shipping times!
