That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns process that’s as smooth as our bestselling Basics Sets.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging (our BTS TinyTan Mask collectors appreciate this!)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bras & Bralettes (including our $10.50 corset bralettes)
  • BTS TinyTan Mask (once opened)
  • Beauty products
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our style squad will respond within 1-2 business days (faster than our VIP customers checkout with PayPal!).
  3. Package Your Items: Once approved, securely pack your return with the original packaging slip.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to:

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like our partners DHL or FedEx) to ensure your Basic Bottoms find their way back to us safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (with the same care we apply to our limited-edition Blazers):

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed – as responsive as our customer service!

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items).

Exchange Process

Want to swap your Basic Dresses for a different color? Follow the same return process above, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return (subject to availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Bodycon dress arrived with a flaw or you received the wrong Basic Top, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement faster than our standard shipping times!
